About Us

Bridges Pregnancy Clinic and Care Center was founded in 1984 to empower those in Sonoma County facing pregnancy decisions by providing advocacy, education and resources. Bridges is a faith based, life affirming non-profit which provides a comprehensive network of care.

We focus on the holistic aspects of each pregnancy option; abortion, adoption and parenting, in addition to meeting the practical needs of the client. All information is given in an objective, clinical manner that allows each woman to make her own educated choice. Volunteers are trained in pregnancy decision coaching. By providing the client with truthful and factual information, she becomes equipped to make an informed choice. We want to be the clinic for FIRST option rather than last resort.

In addition to options coaching, we provide no cost prenatal care in our State of California licensed medical clinic. Many educational classes for the pregnant woman and her support partner are also offered. This equips her/them with the needed and necessary tools for parenthood.

Post abortion support and recovery, along with sexual abuse support and recovery are also arms of Bridges. We offer fully confidential and caring support to women and men seeking healing and wholeness in these areas.

Bridges is supported by individuals, churches, businesses and fund-raising projects and receives no government funding or tax payer dollars. Bridges takes a non-political stand on the issues surrounding pregnancy and related issues.
